Billing & Subscription

This is what you pay us, and it is completely separate from the money your customers pay you — that lives on Payments.

Your billing pages

  • Services — your current plan and its state. Start a free trial, subscribe, switch plan, or cancel the service. The page also tells you when a trial ends or when the next billing date falls.
  • Payment Method — add or replace the card that pays for your subscription.
  • Credits — buy credit in advance; it's used automatically to offset your billing before the card is charged.
  • Invoices — every invoice, with the option to pay an outstanding one.
  • Sub History — a dated record of every subscription event: trials, subscriptions, plan changes and cancellations.
  • Promotion — your promo code and referral rewards.

Plans and what they limit

Every plan includes every feature — QR ordering, takeaway, the kitchen, staff and cashier apps, online payments, tips, add-ons, multiple languages and order history. The only difference is size: how many tables and menu items you may have. Upgrading is instant and changes nothing about how the apps work, so it is safe to start small.

Current prices and limits are on the pricing section of the home page. If your service stops, your data stays put — customers simply can't order until you start it again.

If a payment fails

When a subscription payment doesn't go through, a warning banner appears across the portal and the team apps, so the problem is visible to everyone rather than hiding in an inbox. Open Payment Method to replace the card, or Invoices to settle what's outstanding, and the banner clears once the payment succeeds.
